Register of Electors forms

The Register of Electors is a list of all persons who are entitled to vote at elections and referenda. It comes into force on the 15th of February each year.

A 'Draft Register' is then published on 1st November each year and this may be inspected free of charge at City Hall Waterford, Civic Offices Dungarvan, Post Offices, Garda Stations and libraries.

Form RFA - For person's not yet registered to be included in the draft Register of Electors 2017-2018.

Form RFA2 - Application for inclusion in the Supplement to the Register of Electors 2016-2017

Form RFA3 - Change of Address form

Form RFA5 - Application for inclusion in the Supplement to the Register of Electors by a person already registered, who becomes an Irish citizen

Form PVS1 - Application for inclusion in the Supplement to the Postal Voters List by persons with a Physical Illness or a Physical Disability

Form PVS2 - Application for inclusion in the Supplement to the Postal Voters List by electors unable to vote at their polling station due to circumstances of Occupation (including certain Students)

Form SVS1 - Application for inclusion in the Supplement to the Special Voters List
