Housing Applications SSHA 2023

Only to be Completed by Housing Applicants that have received the SSHA 2023 letter

Waterford City & County Council has undertaken the Summary of Social Housing Supports for 2023 to enquire if all housing applicants still require social housing support, and to find out if you wish to remain on the Council’s Housing waiting list.

To ensure you remain on the Housing waiting list, please confirm any changes to your circumstances, or confirm no change of circumstances, by completing the relevant update form below.
If your circumstances HAVE changed
  1. Click the button to the right and select the form for Application for Social Housing – Update of Details and complete the form.

  2. Provide supporting documentation to verify the change in circumstances by scanning or photographing your documents and uploading.

  3. Ensure you sign the declaration, and submit.
 Complete this form if your circumstances HAVE changed
If your circumstances HAVE NOT changed
  1. Click the button to the right and select the form for Application for Social Housing – Update of Details and complete the form.

  2. Provide proof of current household income by scanning or photographing your documents and uploading.

  3. Ensure you sign the declaration, and submit.
 Complete this form if your circumstances HAVE changed
If you are no longer interested in receiving Social Housing supports
  1. Click the button to the right and select the form for "Housing Applicants NO LONGER INTERESTED IN RECEIVING SOCIAL HOUSING SUPPORTS".

  2. Complete the form and sign the declaration.
 Complete this form if you are NO LONGER INTERESTED IN RECEIVING SOCIAL HOUSING SUPPORTS

Alternatively, if you wish to complete your application by post please email ssha2023@waterfordcouncil.ie with your request or you may print the form yourself by downloading here.  Applicants may also call 051 849601 or 051 849796 if they require further assistance. The latest date for completing and returning the form is Friday 13th October 2023.

NOTE: It is essential that you respond to this request regardless of whether your circumstances have changed or not, as failure to do so will result in your application for Social Housing Supports being closed.
